Every order leaves us with care, here’s what to expect once yours is on its way.
Shipping Costs
UK - £3.50 | Free all on orders £50 or more
EU - €9.99 | Free on all orders €75 or more
USA - $19.99 | Free on all orders $120 or more
UK Shipping
We offer free standard UK shipping on all orders over £50.00
Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed using Royal Mail Click & Drop
- We ship in batches 1–2 times per week to make sure everything is checked and packed properly
- Orders placed after a shipping day will go out in the next batch
Delivery Timeframe (UK)
Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive within 2–4 working days.
Delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to factors outside our control, such as Royal Mail delays.
EU Shipping
We currently ship to the following European countries:
Europe Zone 1 Corsica, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Monaco
Europe Zone 2 Austria, Azores, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canary Islands, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ibiza, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Madeira, Mallorca, Malta, Menorca, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden

Delivery Timeframe (EU)
Once dispatched, European delivery typically takes:
- Zone 1 (France, Germany, Ireland etc): 3–5 working days
- Zone 2 (Spain, Italy, Netherlands etc): 5–7 working days

International Shipping (USA)
We currently ship to the USA as well as the UK.
- International orders are shipped via Royal Mail using tracked services where available
- Orders are included in our regular batch shipping schedule
Delivery Timeframe — International
International delivery typically takes 7–14 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and customs processing.
Tracking
- All orders are shipped with tracking where available
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched
Order Confirmation
After placing your order you’ll receive:
- An order confirmation email
- A dispatch email once your order is on its way
If these don’t arrive, check your spam folder first, and if they’re not there, drop us a message.
Delays & Lost Parcels
We work closely with Royal Mail to keep things running smoothly, but occasionally things happen that are outside our control.
- STXCKD is not responsible for delays caused by the courier
- If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help
Delivery Address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
If you need to make a change, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@stxckd.com and we’ll do our best to update it in time.
STXCKD cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
