Orders & Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
We ship orders 1–2 times per week using Royal Mail Click & Drop. Orders go out in batches to make sure everything is packed carefully and accurately, so your stack arrives exactly as it should.
How long does delivery take?
Once dispatched:
- UK orders typically arrive within 2–4 working days
- International orders (USA) typically arrive within 7–14 working days
During busy periods things may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free standard UK shipping on all orders.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes — once your order has been dispatched you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. If it doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder first.
Can I change my address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may be able to help. Get in touch as soon as possible at info@stxckd.com and we’ll do our best. Once it’s on its way, we’re unable to make changes.
How It Works
How do the stacks work?
Every STXCKD stack comes pre-set and ready to wear, no hunting across multiple retailers or guessing at necklace lengths. Everything is curated to work together from the start. Just put it on and go.
Are the earrings sold separately from the stacks?
Yes — the earrings are sold as individual pairs and are not included in the necklace stacks. You can mix and match to build your full look.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
Can I return earrings?
For hygiene reasons, earrings can’t be returned unless they arrive faulty, we hope you understand.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days depending on your bank. We’ll keep you updated. No chasing required.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer direct exchanges right now. Please return your original item for a refund and place a new order, simple as that.
Faulty Items & Warranty
What if my item is faulty?
That’s the last thing we want to hear. Please contact us within 6 months of receiving your order at info@stxckd.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll sort it.
What does the warranty cover?
Our 6-month warranty covers manufacturing faults such as broken clasps or structural issues. It does not cover general wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
What happens if my claim is approved?
Depending on the situation, we’ll offer a replacement or refund. We’ll always work to find the fairest solution for you.
Jewellery Care
Will my jewellery tarnish?
Our pieces are crafted from 304 Stainless Steel with 18K Gold Plating and PVD coating, designed to be tarnish free and waterproof. That said, how you care for them makes a real difference to how long they stay looking their best.
How should I care for my jewellery?
To keep your pieces looking great:
- Avoid prolonged contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes and oils. Put your jewellery on last, not first
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
- Remove before swimming, exercising or anything involving heavy product use

Is the jewellery solid gold?
Our pieces are gold plated, not solid gold. They’re crafted from high quality stainless steel with 18K gold plating and PVD coating for durability and longevity, but they do still need a little care to stay at their best. Treat them well and they’ll return the favour.
