Every STXCKD piece is made to last. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Our Warranty
All STXCKD jewellery is covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects

Structural faults (e.g. broken clasps, faulty fastenings)

Premature plating failure not caused by misuse
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
-
Scratches or surface damage
-
Tarnishing due to improper care
-
Damage caused by water, chemicals, perfumes, or incorrect storage

Accidental damage or misuse
A Note on Our Materials
Our jewellery is crafted from durable stainless steel with gold-plated finishes, designed to minimise tarnishing and stand up to daily wear.
Gold plating may fade naturally over time, how you care for your pieces makes a real difference to how long they stay looking their best. We’d recommend checking out our Jewellery Care Guide for tips on keeping them in great shape.
Reporting a Fault
If you think your item might be faulty, please get in touch within 6 months of delivery at: info@stxckd.com
Please include:

A clear description of the issue

Photos or video showing the fault
The more detail you can share, the faster we can help. Photos and videos make a big difference.
Assessment & Resolution
Once we’ve received your claim:

We’ll review everything you’ve sent over

If needed, we may ask you to return the item for inspection

We’ll confirm whether the issue qualifies under warranty
If approved, we’ll offer one of the following:

A replacement item (subject to availability)
-
A refund (if a replacement isn’t possible)
We’ll always work to find the fairest solution for you.
Shipping for Warranty Claims
If your claim is approved:

We’ll cover reasonable return shipping costs

Replacement shipping will be provided at no extra cost
If your claim isn’t approved:

Return shipping costs will remain your responsibility
Items Outside the Warranty Period
Items outside the 6-month warranty period may not qualify for a replacement or refund.
That said, please do get in touch, we may be able to offer guidance or goodwill support where we can.
