Returns Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

Items must be returned in their original packaging

Proof of purchase is required, please include your order number
For hygiene reasons, earrings can’t be returned unless they arrive faulty, we hope you understand.

Once approved, we’ll send everything you need to get it back to us.
Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect

We recommend using a tracked service to make sure it reaches us safely

STXCKD is not responsible for lost return parcels
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

We’ll let you know either way, no chasing required

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 working days for funds to appear, depending on your bank
Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the issue
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Earrings (unless faulty)

Items showing signs of wear or damage

Items returned outside the 14-day window
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges right now. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order. Simple as that.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t arrived after 10 working days:
