Returns & Refunds Policy

We put a lot of love into every stack, but if something isn’t right, we’ve got you. Please review our returns and refunds policy below.

Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required, please include your order number

For hygiene reasons, earrings can’t be returned unless they arrive faulty, we hope you understand.

How to Request a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • The reason for your return

Once approved, we’ll send everything you need to get it back to us.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked service to make sure it reaches us safely

  • STXCKD is not responsible for lost return parcels

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll let you know either way, no chasing required

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 working days for funds to appear, depending on your bank

Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Earrings (unless faulty)

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage

  • Items returned outside the 14-day window

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges right now. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order. Simple as that.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived after 10 working days:

  • Double-check your bank account

  • Contact your payment provider

  • Drop us an email and we’ll look into it
